🔹 Directions for Use
- Preparation: Suspend 41.4 g of medium powder in 1000 mL of distilled water.
- Dissolution: Heat to boiling while stirring to completely dissolve the powder.
- Sterilization: Sterilize by autoclaving at 116°C for 40 minutes.
- Inoculation: Cool to room temperature before inoculating with Streptococcus agalactiae strains.
