Preparation Instructions: To prepare, suspend 55.0 g of the medium in 1 L of distilled water and sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes. After cooling to 50℃, dispense into 225 mL flasks. For FB1 or FB2 preparations, simply add the respective additives.
